新老版教材不一致一些知识点：

老版本的人卫指导书：脑脊液：第一管：病原微生物，第二管：生化和免疫学检查，第三管：理学和细胞学检查

本科教材第3版：脑脊液：第一管：细菌学检查，第二管：生化和免疫学检查，第三管：常规检查

全国临床检验操作规程第3版:第一管：细菌学检查，第二管：生化和免疫学检查，第三管：一般性状和显微镜检查

vs

全国临床检验操作规程第4版:第一管：生化和免疫学检查，第二管：病原微生物学检查，第三管：理学检查

老外的也不统一

Brunzel等：“The first tube is used for chemical and immunologic testing because any minimal blood contamination resulting from vessel injury during the initial tap normally does not affect these results. The second tube is used for microbial testing. The third tube is reserved for the microscopic examination of cellular components (i.e., red and white blood cell counts and WBC differentials).”。

第一管用于化学和免疫学测试，第二管用于微生物学研究，第三管用于细胞计数。

Ramadas Nayak主编的书：“Microbiological examination and culture: The first few drops of CSF are collected for culture in the first tube.Biochemical tests and immunological studies: Collect about 2.5 mL of CSF in the second tube for biochemical tests.Cell count,differential count and cytological studies:Collect about 2.5ml of CSF in the third tube for cell count and cytological examination.”

第一管用来做微生物，第二管用来做生化的
